He took the time to figure out what was wrong with my Whirlpool oven. It wasn’t heating, and I had no clue why. Turns out, it was some faulty wiring inside. Piece of cake for him though. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn’t use too much technical jargon. In no time, he had it fixed up and working like new.
